Will orders ship automatically or do I have to place an order each time?
Once you have selected the delivery frequency, you don’t have to worry about anything else. Your orders will be shipped automatically.

When will I receive my next order?
You will receive your next order within 4-7 working days from the date the order is dispatched based on the frequency you choose. Please note that the 'next order' date shown on your subscription is the date your order will be dispatched and not the day you will receive it.

I have too much coffee stocked, how do I pause my orders?
Don’t worry! With Lavazza you have the flexibility to change the delivery frequency, increasing or decreasing the frequency based on your consumption. You can also manually delay your order for up to 60 days by logging in to your online account and going into your subscription page and clicking on 'manage'.

We only sell to the contiguous 48 states and AK, HI, PR. Our website is solely for the promotion of our products in the contiguous 48 states and AK, HI, PR. Unfortunately, we do not accept orders from addresses outside the contiguous 48 states and AK, HI, PR.

What is the limit number of machine subscription per user?
Two machine subscriptions per user are permitted.

Can I cancel my machine subscription?
Machine Subscription can be cancelled after 13 completed deliveries with Classy Mini, 14 completed deliveries with Classy Plus, 200 completed deliveries with Omnia.

How can I change my subscription details?
In your account, in the section subscriptions you can change all the details.

What changes can I make on my subscription?
On existing subscriptions, it is possible to change the assortment of the capsules, coffee, in terms of product type and quantity.

If I change my subscripiton, when will the changes be implemented?
The changes will be implemented on the next order, not the order that has been processed already.

If I make a subscription by mistake, can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription within the 14 days from when the order was placed by contacting Lavazza CS.

You can cancel your subscription after 14 days by contacting Lavazza CS, please note, a form will need to be completed. Penalty may be applied to your subscription.

Can I choose any day and time for delivery?
You can only choose the day that the order will be dispatched not the day you will receive the order. Delivery will take place within 4-7 working days from the date the order is dispatched. What happens if I'm not at home to receive my order?
If you are not home the carrier will leave the package at your front door. If you know in advance you will not be home, change the day your order will be dispatch.
